Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Embroidery Personalised items are non refundable and cannot be returned. If sizing is incorrect we cannot exchange the item as it will have already been personalised. Please refer to our size guide for sizing or email us if you are unsure.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free of any scents and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the shipping cost is a responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by ScrubStyle. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within our standard return period.
Please note the following for sale and discounted items:

Refunds:
If your item was purchased on sale or with a discount, the refunded amount will reflect the price actually paid — not the original full price.
(For example, if you purchased an item at 30% off, your refund will be issued for the discounted amount.) -
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item that was originally purchased on sale or at a discounted price, and the promotion has since ended, the new item will be charged at its current full price. -
Final Sale Items:
Certain sale or clearance items may be marked as Final Sale, which means they are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check your item description before completing your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
