How do I process a return?

To return your items please complete our Contact us form and include the following information:

• Your email address
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue with item(s)
• Wether you would like a refund or an exchange

Our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, free of any scents and in original condition with tags attached.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse the item(s) if these conditions are not met.

How do I care for my scrubs?

Machine wash cold with like colours. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron directly on any prints. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you need a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel it as we process and pack items quickly.
You’ll need to wait until you receive the item and then initiate a return or refund request.

Do we ship worldwide?

Yes we ship internationally! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary for international orders - this will be calculated at checkout. Any additional fees e.g import duties are responsibility of the customer, ScrubStyle will not cover this.
